B&B WITH SELFCATERING STUDIOS IN A TROPICAL GARDEN ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH

Be welcome in my guesthouse the NILAYA with its 1-room self-catering studios.

We are in the middle of the West coast in a small sea side resort village, called Flic en Flac, well known for its beautiful long beach and its marvellous lagoon. It is an ideal starting point for all your excursions in Mauritius!

The NILAYA is surrounded by a tropical garden (1,000 sqm) with its climbing flower plants and its numerous fruit trees (mangoes, papayas, bananas, bilimbis, bergamots, limes, coco nuts…). There is a barbecue corner in the garden.

The bungalow has separate 4 rooms, well equipped apartments of 28 sqm each, with the necessary comfort such as:

- 2 large single bed or one king size bed with new mattresses
- An American kitchen equipped with electrical plates, a refrigerator, an electrical kettle, a micro wave, all the necessary utensils and a big wooden table
- An en-suite bathroom with WC and solar-heated shower
- Ventilator or air con
- A safe
- Anti-mosquitoes windows
- A balcony with table and chairs

The studios are for 1 or 2 persons. A cradle for a baby until 6 month can be added to the room.

Each studio is decorated individually with my paintings and the ones of my friends.

SERVICES AND PRICES

The studio costs 32 euros/night for 2 persons and includes:

- breakfast
- daily cleaning , except Sundays and public holidays

As I live in the house, you can use for free:
- washing machine
- iron
- hair dryer
- coffee machine
- Internet Wifi
- barbecue in the garden
- novels in English, French or German
- litterature and documentation about Mauritius

We arrange for you:
- typical Mauritian dinners
- excursions and transfers
- reconfirmation of your tickets
- car, scooter or bike rental
- under sea diving (initiation or confirmed)

Not included in the price: electricity of air con, tips.

If you come more than 2 persons, I can search for you 2- or 3-rooms flats in the village. Don’t hesitate to mail, I answer in less than 24 hours.
